In July 2008 Avidity Health Care Solutions, Inc. launched it long awaited Healthcare Interactive Services (HCI) upgrade. The upgrade included a newer look and feel, improved queue functionality, document storage and routing enhancements, and improved self registration. Avidity's Healthcare Interactive services allow health plan members to securely communicate and share information with their healthcare providers and their health plan. Currently, over 1000 health care providers, numerous Health Plans and nearly 100,000 members have access or use Avidity's Healthcare Interactive Services.
